@thereismoretolife8: I know it’s hard, because we are used to it the other way around, until we realised how reality works, because it’s all backwards. We are the cause, we are the beginning of anything we want, and the physical reality is just after the reflection of who we are being. It’s just the effect and we are the cause. Just remind yourself the basics everyday when you want to check the 3D or wondering if it worked. You get to decide it’s working. You are only the one who can decide. Not the 3D, not the emotions, not the thoughts, not the feelings, not the past, not memories. YOU. The 3D can only change if you changed and belive you did. You don’t have to feel special about it. It can be easy and simple, if you decide and belive it can be. It’s all you. You are Leading and the leader and the 3D is the follower. It’s not separate from you, it can only change and reflect if you changed. So don’t look for validation even if it’s hard I know it is a lot of times.. but you have to trust you are who you said you are.
