oh what a doll... im only guessing that is a tissue expanders. if it is... i had 3 at once on my head and it was absolutely terrible and painful. but she is a strong cookie... doesn't even look like it phases her! I still sleep upright after all my reconstruction surgeries to this day . what a beautiful child. I hope she keeps smiling through her medical issues ! sending love ur way !
