Honestly, ppl say be alone and heal. But it gets loud once it becomes silent. Go out, hangout w your friends, meet new people, make new memories, put energy into making yourself happy. Gym. Work. Build yourself up, and experience other ppl. You’ll realize that person you put on a pedestal, they aren’t as irreplaceable as you thought.

me and my bm, accepting the reality is the hardest part, but I feel like when you do you learn to love yourself more l did I went to the gym everyday performance at work got me a raise and l been focus on just me and my son did it hurt yes like you wouldn’t know but doing what I did rather than drinking n replacing that with someone else just drags out what your ultimately gonna have to face regardless and now she’s trying come back around no thanks 😭
