I was working 40+ hours a week with undiagnosed chrons, Ulcerative colitis, gastroparesis, rheumatoid arthritis, elders danlos, endometriosis, PCOS, pots, lymes disease and now possibly lupus 🙃 spend most days in bed now and have no life besides surgeries, doctors and tests.

worked 60 hours a week nursing while waiting to be treated for crohns. actively flaring almost killed myself. ended up in the hospital a month and emergency surgery and blood transfusion. I will never not prioritize my health first again

No no 50+ hour weeks, in dead of winter, while my (now ex) bf ignores me and goes drinking, working manual labor at a VERY expensive hotel, living off two meals a day, living alone, and I thought it might be an ulcer. I was 19 when my liver failed.

hi i am in same boat, in a very physically demanding job 40 ( sometimes more ) i have a very good manager who understands it and lets make up hours on bedridden days and he knows i am a grafter. but working in 24/7 pain os crappy but staying st jome on 24/7 os crappy because then o just feel guilty so o can't win.

Honestly girl went to placement looking like this and no one mentioned how pale I was 😭ended up having 2 blood transfusions a month later and got diagnosed with ulcerative colitis 🤣
