I agree with you 99.99999% of the time! BUT…JOY is in EVERY season because my joy is found in the Lord and hope I have in HIM. Happiness is NOT in every season. Being able to experience despair and joy at the same time comes from the Lord.

it's so difficult to move through the seasons that are not filled with joy. it's hard to learn the coping skills to get through them to move them in the next season. it's especially hard when you're not finding joy everyday when you used to.
