@madpas.tattoo: Welcome to my Daily Sketchbook. Today’s design is a rose framed by a heart made of barbed wire. This motif has become one of my classics, but I still enjoy drawing it every time. I start with a loose sketch, place tracing paper on top, and turn it into clean linework with bold outlines. Finally, I cut out the finished design and tape it into my sketchbook next to the original sketch.
