It’s so true. I told a “friend” I was struggling with my grief and they told me to “stop having a pity party”… it’s only been 4 fucking months!!! I’m allowed to grieve the love of my life. As long as I’m breathing I will be grieving!!!!

I’m 5 months in and just now experiencing anger. And I am sooo angry. I feel rage. I want to scream at him for leaving me here to raise our daughter who will never know her dad. I wish I knew what to say but there’s no comfort in the situations we were left in by the person we loved the most that loved us in the way we deserve.

This! My ex couldn’t handle whenever I was angry grieving my mom. He legit got mad at me for becoming angry that I’ll never see my mom again… I was like “that’s grief buddy.” 🥲

Girl I be so angry sometimes! I lost my daughter and then my husband joined her! I am very angry and it’s been 8 years for my daughter and 5 years for my husband! He was the one person that understood my grief.

I love this cause my blood and best friends of 30 years said call me if you need me 😂 like I have the energy for one to reach out not once have they reached out since his celebration of life been crickets. Then wonder why they no longer serve purpose in my life. It literally hasn't even been a month. He wasn't my legal husband but he was the love of my life and we had a future we talked about set. I miss him every second. I appreciate you on here ❤️

Couldn’t agree more! Ever since I’ve lost my Paul my anger is off the rails. I go out my way not to take it out on people but I won’t mask or pretend I’m fine. And if people can’t understand that or expect me to be ‘fine’ because it makes them uncomfortable, they can fuck right off! Biggest hugs to you ❤️❤️xxx

I’m so tired of people telling me I’m so mean since my husband died. Like should I be happy? Angry or sad are my damn options. Yes I still have love for my children but becoming a widow wasn’t in the damn cards. My life was ripped away for us widows who loved our damn lives!!

Yep 1 minute I had a husband and three kids. Then my oldest son died, my middle daughter is married and living her life, my youngest son moved two states away to go to school she then my dog died and then my husband died. Now I’m practically alone.
