My hospital is right across the street from the other hospital in my town, my coworkers and I talk about how if we have an incident we will deadass walk across the street before going to our own ER

Bro I work at a funeral home and nothing scares me more than ending up and the medical examiners, then the funeral home and finally the crematory. All places I’ve worked at. Can you imagine your coworkers performing an autopsy, embalming and then cremating you?? I refuse to die.

I work at a children’s hospital…had (unknown at the time) kidney stones and the worst pain I’ve ever felt in the middle of a shift…they took me to my hospital’s ER first and then I had to be put in an ambulance to drive to the adult hospital RIGHT next door to be treated. Never been so embarrassed:)

my dad was late for his mid-shift on account of a heart attack in his sleep but luckily the ambulance brought him to work!!! (he died tho 😔✌️)
