Honestly whilst they would genuinely probably create great works together chances are personality wise they would just not work together well at all, but IIRC a lot of perterabos personal beef with the imperium was being used as just a general, I think if emps actually gave him a role to build stuff he’d genuinely actually put his all into it

If big E didn't wanted the conflict between primarchs then Dorn and Pertrurabo would make unmovable object. Also If Frrus, Pertrurabo and Vulkan worked together they could make weapons of war that could get close to necrons tech. They could achieve so much but Emperor messed up big time and Chaos took the opportunity to mess up everything

An yes, the walls that are so well defended that each wall smashed will be measured in the amount of dead traitors or the most obvious kill box and kill zone that has more mines, booby traps and clear like of site that the moment someone gets past the first layer of traps they get vaporized by multiple melta bombs set to explode.
