Do you have a full assignment? That’s my gripe with my hospital. Charge isn’t really charge, they’re zero help. Bc they have a full assignment. So they basically just do assignment/charge scut but no assisting/coordinating/helping the floor. Because they literally can’t

I get sooooo frustrated with other charges who sit at the desk and do NOTHING all day we have a new charge nurse and I had to offer her a few moments of education regarding resources for our nurses. she hates me, but the other nurses no longer want to walk away from shifts with her.
