I'm a living witness to what he's saying in fact prices of commodities also skyrocketed during Tinubu 1st term as governor of Lagos state and effected the entire country bcoz major importers, manufacturers and distributors are in Lagos, example; i could remember quality shoes, stock Jeans trousers, italian trousers and shirts were sold between =N= 25 - 30 naira. But, the moment Tinubu became governor of Lagos, he used high taxation and heavy levys to generate revenue which made everything worst till date nigeria have not recovered from that effect before he came in as the president of nigeria. He introduced Agbero these guys forcefully obtaining money from motorists, beating, fighting, kpaing people anyhow without questioning. he also wanted to introduced state police but he fallout with President Olusegun Obadanjo that's why he could not achieve the state police, his plan to institute the state police is for political reasons as in to enables him do whatever he wished and nothing wiĺl happen
