Heads up. Get a random insurance lawyer. Have them draft a letter for you asking for the usual settlement in your state. ~$25k sometimes companies will pay since it's easier than fighting it

If the insurance totals it out, ask them to buy it back with the insurance money and fix it. It’s more than 5k in damages for sure especially considering aftermarket parts. Sorry for this and the only thing that would piss me off badly was dude not complying like bruh you fucking hit a parked car with hazards on 😭 pay the fucking insurance 💀😭
