i remember bleem. you needed at least a 500mhz cpu to decently emulate anything at the time average joe that had a computer had like a 200mhz cpu

when fans hacked the SEGA Classic they found out it says something like you can mod the console but don't try to pass It off as legit, they are also okay with fan games but understandably wont promote them

I beat MGS1 on a dreamcast using bleem ^_^ it was a rather fun experience bc I still had that retro console feel but the enhanced visuals were a plus

Sega has always been ahead of their time, if only the PS2 wasn't as massive as it was and underdog Xbox getting Halo, the Dreamcast could have had a chance to breathe and gotten to its full potential.
