hey so all cra calls are recorded and each staff id. so go on the cra website, get the number for cra quebec and you need to tell them what occurred at which call and what time and ask for a manager. then you need to write a detailed email to the cra ombudsman of what happened. they might have compromised ppl working at cra

even if you call them, in doubts: always ask for a French representative, even if you don't speak French. The Canadian government must find you someone that speak French to serve you. Worst case scenario? You ask to be change back, but at least you'll know you're speaking with the government.
