Sometimes I really don’t get your marketing strategy. You create such cool and genuinely useful products, but then only offer them as part of sets — presumably to encourage people to buy more, because many customers might only want the towel, for example, but end up buying the whole set because there’s simply no other option. For me, this strategy actually has the opposite effect. I end up not ordering from you because it somehow feels a bit greedy, and honestly, I don’t think you need to do that. Why aren’t products like these available individually and as a standard part of your regular product range? And if customers have a good experience with your products, they’ll naturally come back anyway and gradually try more and more of what you offer. 🫠
