Check overall sleep to help the 530 wake up! 11-12 hrs overnight is solid plus around a 2 hr nap. She might also be napping too late in the day! A good schedule would be (ish) 7:30 wake up, 12:30 nap, wake by 3. Bed about 7:30-8!

How would you put her to sleep before ? Because we rock our 14 month old and I’m scared he won’t do well with sleep training 😩

We did this method and I promise it works! The only difference I did was I did NOT pick her up. I would pat her or rub her face until she calmed down again but it did work. About 3 weeks since we had vaccinations and illnesses through that time….but she’s fully crib trained now!!

Okay try turning off her sound machine in the middle of the night. Sometimes they come out of a REM cycle in the early morning and hear their sound machine and think it’s time to wake up. Multiple of my friends did this and their kid slept until at least 7-7:30 again.

The tone box with the night time figures for some reason has helped SO much

Just want to send a note that my son also started a sleep regression at around 13 months (with waking overnight and standing in the crib). He will even freak out when we close the door to leave and then scramble to the side to stand and scream. 🫠 so definitely solidarity. We changed to one nap to see if that would help. It helped him go down easier but it’s hit or miss on the wakes during the night. (I think it’s also teething)

My baby is 20 months old rn but around 16 months he went through a phase of waking up at 5:30 every day no matter what I did. Here to say he did grow out of it, just took some time 🫠🫠

Any chance she’s hungry :/ I know that’s obnoxious but my friend feeds her daughter dinner around 530 and once she moved dinner closer to 6 ish her daughter slept in a little later again!

We struggled with early rising hard. We had to push his nap later (same duration) and it helped!

I’ve heard when this happens it’s usually because their overall sleep needs decrease and so they may be napping a little too long during the day so there’s not enough sleep pressure to keep them asleep through the night. Good luck!!

our babies are the same age and my son also went through a regression recently too, it must be some development leap or something!

I don’t have any advice but I do wanna share what my 2 year olds sleep schedule looks like as it’s been the same since he was about 18 months. He wakes up at 7:30am, naps 1-3 and goes to bed at 8-8:30. My son has higher sleep needs I feel so anything less than that and he is a terror…
