J’AI FAIT DU BEURRE Ai-je déjà ressenti un sentiment aussi fort d’autosatisfaction. Oui. Mais là il se mange. Donc c’est encore mieux. P’tit point conservation avant qu’on me pose la question: pour la conservation du beurre c’est vachement moins long que celui que vous allez acheter dans le commerce. SURTOUT si vous mettez des trucs dedans. Globalement plus y a d’eau dedans, moins il va se conserver car est ce que t’as déjà vu un mur avec des infiltrations d’eau? Bah pareil. Donc, bien bien bien bien ( bien ) rincer le beurre pour dégager un max de bas beurre, l’essorer et le sécher au max. Le conserver dans un truc hermétique au frais et surtout si vous mettez des trucs CRUS dedans c’est à consommer dans la semaine. Sinon l’option congelo fonctionne bien, tu t’en fais des petites portions et tu dégaine quand t’en as envie. #pourtoi #fyp #cuisine #beurre #beurremaison
