「俄罗斯公司单方面撕毁合同，上千中国工人上街讨薪（2026.04.12）」4月12日，北京海华集团俄罗斯阿穆尔共青城加氢裂化项目的上千名中国工人集体上街游行，讨要工资。据悉，项目发包方俄石油公司（Rosneft）在工程已完成约90%的情况下单方面撕毁合同，将海华集团子公司彼得海华有限责任公司强制清退出场，并拒绝支付剩余工程款。目前，海华已经有5个月没有发工资给了，导致工人既拿不到工资，也无班可上。
