INGREDIENTS: ● Toast bread — 2 slices ● Eggs — 3 Pcs. ● Cheddar cheese — 1 slice ● Ham — 20–30 g ● Tomato — 1–2 slices ● Mayonnaise — a thin layer ● Green onion — a little, finely chopped ● Vegetable oil — for greasing ● Salt — to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lightly grease a skillet with vegetable oil and place one slice of toast in the center. 2. Beat 3 eggs with a little salt and pour the egg mixture into the space around the bread. 3. Cover with a lid and cook until the egg mixture is mostly set. 4. Carefully flip everything with a spatula so the toast is on the bottom. 5. Place a slice of cheddar cheese, 2 slices of ham and 1–2 slices of tomato on top. 6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the filling and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion. 7. Fold all four sides of the omelet inward over the filling, creating a neat square pocket. 8. Separately, toast the second slice of bread in a dry skillet on both sides until lightly golden. 9. Place the toasted bread on top of the folded omelet. 10. Carefully flip the sandwich with a spatula and cook for another minute or two, until the second slice of bread is nicely golden and crispy. 11.
