I have only heard the term "I'm just a girl" used as a pushback or as satire. I've never heard a woman outside of a movie script written by a man say "I can't do that I'm just a girl." I put it in the same category as women looking at a man in a crisis situation and asking "what should we do?" because never once in my 43 years have I been able to turn to a man and ask what we should do and how the helpful solution on the other end. that is literally something that men tell themselves happens but doesn't actually happen
