why would you even pasteurize honey it has nothing in it that could be dangerous besides shelf life decreasing, raw honey is just honey and shouldnt be treated as having the “raw” gimmick or being a trend, you shouldnt eat that much honey that it worsens your liver condition but its completely fine to drizzle on something you eat or eat some occasionally
