Just asking, don’t they approve your plans at the county level before you can start? I live in Florida and everything has to be in and approved. Is your builder just building shit from some architectural plan that was not approved by the county, city? All should be following the same code. I hate that Florida has soooo many inspections and it takes weeks to get plans approved but we dont run into this.
