It's become one of my favorite spots for omakase, and this time I got to experience it again with my husband and some of our close friends. One thing I really appreciate about Chef Leo is his approach to his craft. He takes no shortcuts and is constantly looking for ways to make the Kinzo experience 1% better, one cut at a time. From the technique and quality of the fish to the way each course is prepared and presented, there's so much intention behind every bite. If you haven't tried their signature omakase, you need to make your way over. Their signature omakase (18 courses) features a unique assortment of fish, with each course highlighting different flavors, textures, and preparations throughout the experience and the menu changes weekly, so your experience will be different every time. If you want the full omakase experience, reservations are required in advance. But you can also stop by during regular dining hours for their à la carte menu or mini omakase (no advance reservation needed!) Thank you Chef Leo & Chef Jin for taking such great care of us.
