1st day of kindergarten & first time riding the bus home my oldest got lost. she got on the right bus but the driver let her off with her friend at a different bus stop. after almost an hr we found her at her friend's house still who thankfully I knew the mom; she wasn't home when they got off the bus. could've been so much worse; since then no busses evrr

This happened to me once🤩 my parents split and some days I’d be picked up and some days I’d take the bus and one day I didn’t know my dad was waiting for me and got on a bus lol

my kids school sent an announcement out that were not allowed to park on one of the side streets to walk up and get our child if theyre designated a "walker" but the requirements for getting our kid as a car rider is to put a piece of paper with their name written on it in the window. yeah. like I feel safe with that.
