@skinfiltrator: Tretinoin + Azelaic Acid. Using this dream combo is easy when you know how. By now you likely know the basics of starting low and slow but there’s a few key steps that allow my skin to flourish. 1. UV umbrellas and hats. Most days I reduce sun exposure. A very unsexy step but necessary. 2. Tinted sunscreen and sunscreens with long uv ray protection. 3. Applying to completely dry skin and waiting patiently between steps. 4. The open sandwich method on some days. A layer of barrier repair moisturizer. Then my tret and azelaic acid 10/15 mins later. 5. Avoiding extreme temperatures and friction. I left the saunas and steam rooms alone. I stopped aggressively wiping my face in the gym. #azelaicacid #tretinoin #skincaretips
