@amazeifystore: The building wasn’t only vulnerable when it was finished. It may have been most vulnerable while it was being built. In 1987, L’Ambiance Plaza used hydraulic jacks to lift concrete floors around columns. The critical question is whether the temporary lifting stage was treated with the same structural care as the final design. Temporary doesn’t mean unimportant.
