Lol. Manizales(475K pop.)and Pereira(487K pop) are considered Tier 2 cities in Colombia. Additionally, Bucaramanga (618K pop), Santa Marta (588K pop), Armenia (307K pop) and Cucuta (792K pop). The population numbers are for the city proper, not the entire metropolitan area. Only 2 cities, Bucaramanga and Cucuta, are over 1 million in population. Cucuta has the largest female population of 19-25, with a current approx of 35K, and 26-35 of 70K. In those groups, 19 year old, approximately 30% are either married or in Union Libre.
