Taiwan has an incredible system. Doctor puts in your card, they see your last 6 appointments. Doctor orders a test, and it pops up "This patient had an MRI six months ago. Do you want to see those results, or do you want to order a new one?" Cuts down medical waste while helping continuity of care. And they do it with a 2% administrative cost.

A NATIONAL record database would be a DREAM!! I despise requesting/ waiting/ sometimes never getting records!! End up duplicating things/ so wasteful 😡
