My son is 4 years old and still doesn't speak much—he only says a few words—but he understands everything and understands two languages.

our 2 year old is currently in speech therapy because he says less than 20 words. theyre having us incorporate ASL but our big thing is getting him to even COPY what we say (for example he knows Dada. but won't repeat after me if I say it)

My kid was one word at 12 months, three words at 15, but probably 200 at 18 months. Things really picked up at 17 months.

My son didn’t even babble and no words before 2, not even mama and dada and now he’s 4 and has a huge vocabulary and doesn’t stop talking lol
