Can you talk about the building near leimert park like park the fountain one that building is so interesting to me it has these like blue elements beneath the windows I think I read it’s a home for seniors now

I live next-door to this building at 744 North Manhattan Pl. 4 years I ended up moving away because of the gentrification that was going on and the construction on this particular building that led to absolutely no parking in an already atrocious parking situation. However, during my years of living next-door to this building, it was used by the sex workers off of Western Avenue. So a lot of claims of seeing shadows and figures moving around the building were always attributed to the sex workers. However, once the building was officially locked up, the shadows would still be seen moving around and it wasn’t just by me it was by my neighbors by the other neighbors that would report seeing figures moving around. My roommate and I ended up putting up privacy film, just to avoid any more distractions coming from the entities that were occupying that space but we do believe that that building is haunted by some dark spirits. 🤷🏻♂️
