when my mom died, i couldn’t do anything at first. my best friend brought me food everyday. they stayed the night cause i couldn’t sleep when i was alone. she stayed with me for hours without saying a word. i wouldn’t have survived it without her. and i didn’t have to ask for any of this. i’m so thankful ❤️

Keep them in your heart and take your time to heal, there's no need to rush. I'm always here if you need someone to talk to, about them or in general." I think that's a good thing to say to someone who is grieving ❤️
