It's also grief, I grieve the years I never got to be what I should've been and done, I never got to be a teenager and young adult, I was weighed down with responsibilities that weren't mine. I'm only 31 but I'm an old man now, and I've met a few other men like me and it's so sad, seeing men become old in their 20s

I literally avoid my emotions when around ppl like I laugh/make jokes just to hide my emotions around ppl and when I'm alone or smet I end up breaking down like I don't like talking about my feelings or emotions so I try express myself through music but times it doesn't work out the way I plan it to be so I stopped with music and I might try again to see how things go again BC I just wanna let loose and tell my only 2 friends I have how I really feel and that but I always find it hard to explain how I feel and that and I won't know where to start
