It’s a beef and radish stock like if you were making naegmyeon and it is very, very long reduced. Dashima, Radish, and scallion whites. Also,they split the fish sauce between Myeolchi Aekjeot and Kkanali Aekjeot to keep the price down. No one is spending tuna money on the volume that they do. Also: there’s a very small amount of cheap perilla oil in there.
