hot honey rub chicken tenders 🔥🍯 Ingredients 650g chicken breast (cut into ~8 tenders) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 egg 20ml Franks red hot Dredge: 300g flour 25g cornstarch 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp basil 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp rosemary Hot honey sauce: 2 tbsp butter 50ml Franks red hot 2 tbsp honey Dry rub: 1/2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cayenne 1 tsp chilli powder Recipe 1. Add the chicken tenders to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika 2. Add one egg and hot sauce then combine and leave to marinate 3. In a different bowl add flour, cornstarch and then the seasonings listed 4. One by one, add the chicken to the bowl and combine until fully coated 5. Heat up some oil in a large pot 6. Once heated, fry the chicken (in batches) for around 8-10 minutes until golden brown 7. While frying, make the dry rub using the seasonings listed above 8. Next, make the hot honey sauce by combining butter, hot sauce and honey in a pot 9. Once the chicken is ready, pour the hot honey sauce all over as well as some of the dry rub (about 1 tbsp) 10.
