the main issue is not the collecting and organizing of information (even if it’s incorrect, which it often is.) it’s frightening when humans are looking to and speaking to machines like they are friends. having communications with binary code like it’s a friend is absolutely dangerous to the human psyche and it’s why we see people get into unhealthy spirals.
