What are your thoughts on drinking an excessive amount of water to lower hemoglobin? I’ve heard that so many times. I’ve certainly seen great numbers on my labs when I drank a decent amount of water on that day but still unsure if it was correlated or not.

instead add salt/potassium/magnesium to your water. you'll do better than gallons of pure water.

As a person who’s had kidney stones on multiple occasions, I’ve always tried to drink at least 64 oz per day, but I thought that there was a recent study that showed no benefit to increased water consumption for the prevention of kidney stones.

What about when you have high sodium in your urine? (Had 24hr urine collection) Even when you watch your sodium intake. Was told I need to drink 100 ounces of water per day. To prevent kidney stones.

I went off on my own and did my own TRT programming. But I want to go to an actual clinician to help me address my libido (currently non existent). Should I come off and go to the clinician with my body’s natural state or go as is
