We're celebrating the older adults who help make Colorado Springs such a vibrant community, and highlighting some of the programs, perks and resources available to seniors across our city: 🚍 Save on transit: Seniors can ride Mountain Metro Transit with half-price tickets and passes, and Travel Training is available to help riders confidently navigate the system. 🔥 Stay safe: The @csfdpio's CARELink program provides fire and life safety education specifically for older adults. 🙌 Get involved: Seniors can give back to the community through volunteer opportunities, including at the @cosairport. 💙 Stay connected with @cospringsparks: Community centers across Colorado Springs offer meals, activities, programs and opportunities to connect, including the new Colorado Springs Senior Center, which opened last year.
