The bible says you must be born again spiritually to see the kingdom of heaven. John 3:3-7 Jesus Christ went to the whipping post for your healing, he went to the cross, was buried and on the third day he rose from the dead. In the book of John Jesus claims to be Ego Eimi many times, a vast amount of those times are emphatic, absolute - Ego Eimi. (YHWH) Exodus 3:14 Ego Eimi is God. I AM (YHWH) John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. Ego Eimi (YHWH) John 18:5 They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am (Ego Eimi - (YHWH) he. And Judas also, which betrayed him, stood with them. 6 As soon then as he had said unto them, I am he, (Ego Eimi) (YHWH) they went backward and fell to the ground. John 13:19: so that when it does happen, you may believe that I am". (Ego Eimi) (YHWH) A vast amount of times Jesus states I AM. Ego Eimi (YHWH) Jesus definitely is not the same person as The Father. They have the same nature, same as you and your father. In fact, Jesus has two natures - God and human. The Father and Holy Spirit have one nature ie, God. We MUST some sort of understanding of the culture, language grammar and context to get the correct interpretation. I’m not claiming I know Hebrew, or Greek fluently, neither can I read these ancient languages in their originals but I study the languages for certain words. The Jews who wanted to stone Jesus were teachers of the law, they knew their stuff and KNEW Jesus was claiming to be God. And they knew they couldn’t just stone His to death, they would have been charged with mudd£er, they would have been stoned to d£ath themselves, so they accused Him of blasphemy because they KNEW for a FACT He was claiming to be God. No one will ever forgot these words works I have said in this comment. God’s word doesn’t come back void.
