it's not really about it being relese in korean or english. it's about how japanese songs are not perform outside of japan due to Japan's close market (i think it causes copyright issues). So in general for a japanese song to be perform outside of korea, they change the language to korean or english and txt has never done that for now

I dont know about not hearing Japanese music outside of Japan. ive seen One Ok Rock (Japenese rock band) several times in concert in the US.
