I reallyyyyy wanted to like it here 😞but their dress code was way tooo strict and contradictory for me esp we stayed on the adults side! Nothing I wore was appropriate as per them and I never felt so judged and self conscious on vacay as I have at this resort. My partner and I were rejected almost everyday from the restaurants

the customer service is excellent... the place is always clean even the sea side... the staff uniform choice are nice... I had a lot of issues and when I reported them I get them solve in no time... the staff members are polite... the pool staff are very vigilant... that hotel is excellent...👍

To use the restaurants on the adult side there’s a cost and the club $20 USD per person. Games room vcr $10 usd per person. Etc $$$$ but still one my favorite hotel and I stayed on my both sides. 6th visiting since year
