I actually agree with you 😂 Web developers SHOULD understand marketing and buyer psychology. But can I add one more thing to the rant? Can marketers PLEASE start telling people to stop building digital newspapers? Your marketing got me to the website. Great. Now make me want to stay there. It's 2026. We can have bats fly across the screen. Magic can happen when I click something. Products can move. Rooms can open. Stories can unfold. I could practically watch a bloody TV show while exploring your business if you wanted me to. We spent decades imagining moving newspapers and interactive digital worlds... WE CAN ACTUALLY BUILD THEM NOW. Yet somehow we're still paying $10k, $20k, $30k for: Hero image. Three boxes. About Us. Book a Call. White space. Scroll. Scroll. Scroll. WHY?! 😂 Buyer psychology isn't only "where should the CTA go?" The experience of the website is part of the marketing too. If I'm spending $20k, I don't want the same bloody template as everybody else with my logo slapped on it. Give me something I remember. Side note: I absolutely love your content. You're an incredible source of information. Apparently I just chose your video as the venue for my ongoing existential crisis about why websites aren't more fun yet. 😂❤️
