So I started to sauna and cold plunge in January of this year and I have been doing it regularly three times a week. The difference in myself is amazing, not only is this part of self-care but I have met some amazing people in the sauna and it has become a real social event. Cold plunge for me has really helped with my restless legs so absolutely love it

When I think of cold plunge every thing in my body tightens up. I’ve never done it. I’ve seen people do it and I’m not sure we’re thinking the same thing a tub with water and ice. That sounds mortifying. Do you get used to it? 🙏 I do have major fear because it runs in my family.
