Bi polar here also and this was so amazing. I wish my family would enjoy the good days with me and not always worry I’m manic. I’m fully aware when I’m manic but hid it so they don’t worry. My family is absolutely amazing but that’s what I wish they would understand 💕

Thank you! Mother of 30 yr old son newly diagnosed here! I came to TikTok for more understanding of what I can do to help him. I clean his apartment, buy groceries, cook food and do laundry. I wish I could do more. If any one has more of this content I would love to hear it.
