Ok first I need to look up solar plexus. Ok when you say feel it, what might the feeling be? A twitch, itch, warmth, soreness, achy, numbness, tingling. Because I’m getting older now so I get lots of feels in my body all the time. I’ve been suffering from some hip pain lately and I have messed up discs in my neck and spine. Also I’ve been real itchy the past few years especially on my lower legs and tops of feet. I have IC also known as painful bladder syndrome (it’s not a syndrome). Or is it what your mind thinks of first? Idk please help.

It’s just the opposite for me and I don’t understand. I wish somebody would come to me, but nobody ever does my son my mother my father, my grandparents. None of them have come to me after they passed not even in my dreams. what’s wrong with me?

weirdly im the opposite. i feel no connection to family or ancestors. like a severed level of nothing. and i say weirdly cuz Ive been doin what the universe tells me for years now, with great success. mostly cuz if i don't, it'll hurt, then i gotta do it anyway. so ive learned to listen. 😂 so there's definitely a connection to something guiding me. and it's very clear. but nothing ancestral. and ive noticed before now. never had a reason to voice it.

i can always tell their sex/age but they seem like random visitors with no ancestral connection just passing through. the most they stay is for a day or two. though ive felt a consistent male presence my whole life but I have no departed male relatives I knew at least. I just feel their location in the room but not on my body. guess ill have to work on that

i will definitely try this exercise! thanks for sharing. I often get the feeling of strong winds that go through my entire body and someone will pass away. 😢also, in the past I have smelled flowers so strong, same thing, my neighbour passed away.

I don’t feel them in my body but have certain animals or signs that I see that I associate certain loved ones with. Butterfly is my grandma, cardinal is my daddy, bluejay is my friend, and rainbow is my dog (just realized this watching this video). Dragonflies and grasshoppers are also significant but not sure who they are yet.
