Central government's job is policy and long-term foundation, results show only after years. Nepal's base was weak, so it needs proper rebuilding first before rapid progress. Give it 1-2 years before judging. Local and provincial governments handle the immediate, everyday needs like roads and water that's their job, not the centre's. So don't blame the centre for slow visible change.
