So his family can eat when he gets paid and I know he’s got bills and I’m sure he’s doing the best he can. Get him a set of tires for that car so he can at least go to and from work and make it home to his family so he doesn’t get killed. Doesn’t have to be a brand new set. And then Dock 25 to 50 bucks out of his check every week until the tires are paid for. And that right there would probably mean more to him than anything in his world. He’ll probably work twice as hard for you because he knows if he ever needs anything he can come to you about it. And then he’ll be more than just an employee. But everybody’s different but if I could afford it. I don’t know if I could sleep at night, knowing that a man with tires in that bad shape I was trying as hard as he could didn’t make it home to his family because his tire blew out or God knows what I believe. I’d have to get him set tires just my opinion everyone’s different.
