For your oven: Have you ran a little “burn in” cycle (350-400F or higher) for 30-60 minutes. Wipe the inside of the oven down with some warm soapy water & then let her cook up, also leave your windows open to allow the manufacturing oils to clear > let it cool completely and do a final wipe down with warm water :)
