I hope PM can make changes to job expectations for seniors by employers. I believe seniors, accept lower income so it mean the employer cannot expect senior to perform with the energy as a young ppl. Companies must be realistic on senior workers. As I saw seniors at the workplace have been blamed by the young colleagues and bosses for being too slow. Very sad retirement job for the hardworking seniors.
