i lived in paloma hall and it wasn’t that bad. the room tends to get stuffy and hot when the ac isn’t on/window isnt open. i didn’t experience any bugs or mold bc my roommate and i kept the room cleaned. the only things you have to worry about are the communal bathrooms and the laundry situation. people are generally nasty and do not flush the toilet nor clean the sinks. the buildings do not have elevators so moving in/out isn’t that easy. on the bright side, the custodians cleaned the bathrooms every day

the buildings r definitely ugly and no elevators but I was in a quad and personally i really enjoyed it after complaining in the beginning. It was a lot bigger then I expected and I preferred the Segundo location compared to the others (tercero, cuarto)

Lived in Regan hall my first year (now a rising 5th year), it is definitely on the older side but the community is more quiet and less crowded. Despite it being a bit old it was definitely a bit more homey like and less claustrophobic

they’re pretty old but the location is nice! close to the MU and arc, i just hope that you don’t have a quad🤞i didn’t live there but my friends did and liked it there!
