He said his home was vandalized and his sister’s was vandalized because prosecutors released her address, too. "This stuff is wrong,” he said. The judge said she heard it's "going both ways." "I've admonished them to talk to their witnesses..." Davis said “it’s mostly that guy” and Kierny said, “For the record, he’s pointing at Mr. Giacomo,” referring to Marc Giacomo, the chief deputy district attorney in Clark County, Nevada.
